Ilford SFX 200 Near-Infrared Black & White Film (135/36)

A film for creative work, with extended sensitivity at the red end of the spectrum. Peak red sensitivity sits at 720 nm and drops off at 740 nm, which reaches just far enough to catch the near-infrared band.

Shoot it behind a deep red filter (29 Deep Red, 89B Very Deep Red) and you get images that read as infrared: near-black skies, near-white foliage. It produces striking results in portraiture, landscape and architectural work.

Exposure compensation with red filters
